Why food supplement brand Great Earth chose N365 as their marketing partner

In October 2022, Great Earth began a collaboration with content and performance agency N365.
“Our collaboration works very well. There is always a quick response and good commitment from N365,” says Elin Hillgren Mattsson, e-commerce manager at Great Earth.

Great Earth is a food supplement brand that was started 35 years ago. They have a wide range of food supplements designed to help strengthen and support your body.

Great Earth is currently on a growth journey, looking to expand both in Sweden and abroad. Therefore, they were looking for a digital marketing partner active in several markets. Additionally, they had high ambitions with a limited budget – something they thought N365 could respond well to.

“We also appreciated that N365 had previous experience within our field, as there are many regulations one must know about. In previous collaborations with new agencies, a lot of training has been required”, says Elin Hillgren Mattsson.

N365’s mission for Great Earth consists of paid advertising in Meta channels and Google Ads. The main focus is to drive sales and positive ROI. In addition to this, N365 has an advisory role in digital marketing decisions.

“Our collaboration works very well. There is always a quick response and good commitment from N365. There is always a balance between building and strengthening a brand and at the same time increasing ROAS and sales. N365 understands this, our brand and what we want to achieve,” says Elin Hillgren Mattsson.

What do you think is important for a successful collaboration with a digital marketing agency?

“We have had collaborations with agencies that applied the same working method on us as they do with larger brands. This has been incredibly costly, and it didn’t generate much in the end. It is easy to tell the client to spend more money to succeed. It is more difficult, but more appreciated, to come up with creative suggestions and cost-effective solutions.”

The collaboration started in the autumn of 2022, and will run until further notice.
