This spring, N365 will invest heavily in Europe and the US. The workforce outside Sweden will increase by 67 percent – from 12 to 20 new employees in sales, production and management.
N365 is one of Europe’s largest agencies in performance content marketing. They produce content that creates measurable effect and are experts in ad distribution across multiple platforms.
With several strong years behind them, N365 is now investing heavily outside of Sweden. Staffing levels in offices in Norway, Denmark, London and New York are increasing by 67 percent – from 12 to 20 employees.
“2022 is a very exciting year for N365! Sweden is still our largest market, and we continue to show growth here, but our goal is to grow as much as we can in all markets where we are active”, says Björn Forsgren, CEO at N365.
“We have already shown strong results in several markets in the past, and we show black numbers everywhere. But Sweden in particular in the Nordic region has been a driving factor in this, and we want to push even harder for all our offices to stand on their own with organic growth.”
The local presence in the US has been planned for several years but has been postponed due to the pandemic. Since March this year, Jakob Norrman, Country Manager USA, has been based in New York, where Caybon already has an office. In addition, three new positions have been filled in sales and production in the US.
“It’s the perfect time for us to go international and scale up our offer. We have many good cases from previous campaigns in all our markets and look forward to giving even more clients the chance to try our conversion-focused native product”, says Björn Forsgren.
The new employees will work in sales, production and management, and have previously worked at companies such as FrontMedia, Appelberg, Seven Marketing Agencies and SoContented.
