As N365 restructures its management, Lydia Staf and Michael Bergqvist will take on new roles as managing editors. They started as editors at N365, and have worked for the company for five and six years respectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What will be your main focus as managing editors this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lydia:<\/strong> “We will of course continue to work data-driven, which has always been our strength. We will also work more on innovation with content and distribution to develop our product. Then, of course, it’s super important to make sure that everyone who works here enjoys themselves and feels that we have a great environment where there’s room for development and growth within the company.”<\/p>\n

What are you looking forward to the most?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Michael:<\/strong> “The last couple of years I have focused on developing our presence and campaigns in Germany, so it will be exciting to focus on the Swedish market again. Above all, I’m looking forward to working with all the great editors to achieve our clients’ goals.”<\/p>\n

Lydia:<\/strong> “After working in the company for five years, as an editor, it feels great to get a bigger overall perspective and be involved in more and more projects. It will be fun to develop our product, the collaboration with clients and all the awesome editors.”<\/p>\n

Can you reveal anything about the future plans for the Sweden office?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lydia:<\/strong> “This autumn we will have an increased focus on TikTok and Snapchat. We want to find strong conversion channels outside of Facebook, which is a challenge for the whole industry. We will also have a bigger focus on video.”<\/p>\n

Michael:<\/strong> “We will develop our full-service approach, i.e., take on more full-service projects where we handle all marketing for our clients. This is something we already do for several clients, but we want to develop this even more. At the same time, we see that our main product, native advertising, gets a real boost when we also help clients with their own digital presence.”<\/p>\n

Do you have any fun holiday plans this summer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lydia:<\/strong> “It will be a relaxed holiday in Sweden. You’ll find me at the cottage, lying in the hammock with a crime novel!”<\/p>\n

Michael:<\/strong> “As soon as the holiday starts, I’m heading down to Sk\u00e5ne. After that it will probably be a trip abroad, focusing on making up for all the hours of sunshine missed during the pandemic.”<\/p>\n
