However, 2020 turned out to be the best one since the establishment of the Norwegian office. The distribution profit increased by 55 percent, while the operating profit also had a significant upswing compared to 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u00a0were\u00a0very\u00a0anxious\u00a0of\u00a0how\u00a0the\u00a0pandemic\u00a0would\u00a0affect\u00a0us. Close\u00a0dialogue\u00a0with\u00a0our clients\u00a0and\u00a0good\u00a0results\u00a0ensured\u00a0that\u00a0we\u00a0were\u00a0able\u00a0to\u00a0keep\u00a0the trust\u00a0from\u00a0our\u00a0partners, despite\u00a0a\u00a0great\u00a0deal\u00a0of\u00a0uncertainty.\u00a0We were also lucky enough to add some new clients, which\u00a0further\u00a0contributed\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0strong\u00a0growth\u00a0in 2020,\u201d\u00a0says\u00a0Ida Christine Johannessen, Managing Editor of\u00a0N365 in Norway.<\/p>\n<p>Johannessen\u00a0highlights\u00a0good\u00a0client\u00a0relations\u00a0as\u00a0one\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0most\u00a0important\u00a0driving\u00a0forces. Even though the results really sky rocketed last year, a strong foundation has been laid during the last couple of years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost\u00a0of\u00a0our\u00a0clients\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0with us for several years. Some of the new ones that came in during 2020 actually contacted us based on recommendations from those we already work with, which we obviously appreciate a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Close\u00a0<\/strong><strong>client<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>contact<\/strong><strong>\u00a0and\u00a0an <\/strong><strong>international<\/strong><strong>\u00a0recipe for <\/strong><strong>success<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0in hand, it is\u00a0also\u00a0clear\u00a0how\u00a0important\u00a0it is to remain calm and have a good dialogue with the clients through, among other things, regular reporting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u00a0always\u00a0deliver\u00a0thorough\u00a0reports\u00a0to our clients on\u00a0a\u00a0weekly\u00a0basis. This has contributed to building confidence in our process and provides a comprehensive picture of the results we deliver over time. During the pandemic, we therefore realized there was no need to lower budgets. After consulting the clients, we instead we chose to increase budgets during periods where this was possible,\u201d Johannessen\u00a0explains.<\/p>\n<p>Good support from\u00a0the\u00a0rest\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0N365\u00a0organization\u00a0has\u00a0also\u00a0been\u00a0invaluable\u00a0during a\u00a0very\u00a0demanding\u00a0year. In a situation, where working from home has become the new normal, close digital contact has been important to deliver results and maintaining good client relations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u00a0have\u00a0many\u00a0clients\u00a0who\u00a0run\u00a0campaigns\u00a0with us across\u00a0several countries, and we share experiences and knowledge with our colleagues in\u00a0Sweden,\u00a0Denmark, Finland, England, and\u00a0the\u00a0USA. This\u00a0provides strong\u00a0conditions\u00a0for\u00a0delivering great\u00a0results. With digital\u00a0meeting\u00a0places\u00a0like Microsoft Teams, it has\u00a0become very straight forward\u00a0to have close contact\u00a0with\u00a0both\u00a0colleagues\u00a0and\u00a0clients, no\u00a0matter\u00a0where\u00a0they\u00a0are,\u201d\u00a0says\u00a0Johannessen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aiming for\u00a0<\/strong><strong>continued<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>growth<\/strong><strong>\u00a0in 2021\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/caybon.com\/\">Caybon\u00a0Group<\/a> (formerly\u00a0Mediaplanet Group),\u00a0there\u00a0are\u00a0also\u00a0a lot\u00a0of\u00a0resources\u00a0available internally\u00a0throughout\u00a0the\u00a0organization. This is\u00a0reflected\u00a0in an ever-increasing\u00a0portfolio\u00a0of\u00a0companies\u00a0within\u00a0the\u00a0Caybon\u00a0family.
