What is it about?
Preparing ourselves as leaders for the New Normal
The current crisis will provide many new opportunities, and the winners will be those that utilize the changes that are being forced upon us to invent new business models. While we should be cautious about predicting the future, we can assume that we won’t revert back to how things were before – rather we will discover a New Normal innovation on the past.
As leaders in uncertainty, an even higher premium will be placed on the strongest and most agile among us. Agile so as to see and capture new opportunities, and resilient in order to stay the course.
What to do? During this hiatus, we should seize the moment to find our essence, and set in motion those positive leadership habits that will provide us with the strength and agility to see and capture these new opportunities as they arise.
Potentialife, with its unique founding in Positive Psychology and Neuroscience, provides exactly what you need to make the most of this opportunity right now. Potentialife was founded by Tal Ben-Shahar and Angus Ridgway. Tal is a globally renowned Harvard academic, an expert in Positive Psychology and a best-selling author. Angus spent 20 years at McKinsey & Company as an expert in Leadership Development. They co-authored The Joy of Leadership, which has been translated into nine languages.
